Aluminate Cements CA-70 & CA-80, also called
as Pure Calcium Aluminate Cements before, are
produced by calcining industrial aluminium oxide
and fine limestone under strict mineralogical
control in rotary kilns into clinker, cooling
and then grinding in ball mills. The excellent
rheological properties make Aluminate Cement
CA-70 & CA-80 suitable to formulate the top
grade and high-temperature-resistant low cement
and ultra low cement castables. It is an
absolutely necessarily excellent hydraulic
binder used in refractory materials for high
temperature equipments in the area of
Metallurgy, Chemistry, Building material and
Fire-electricity
Applications.
The
aluminate cement CA-70 contains approximately
70% of Al2O3. The
aluminate cement CA-80 contains approximately
80% Al2O3. The aluminate cement of CA-75
and CA-65-P contain approximately 75% and 65% of
Al2O3 seperately which are
produced depending on the requirement of
customers. |
