Aluminate Cement CA-80

Aluminate Cements CA-70 & CA-80, also called as Pure Calcium Aluminate Cements before, are produced by calcining industrial aluminium oxide and fine limestone under strict mineralogical control in rotary kilns into clinker, cooling and then grinding in ball mills. The excellent rheological properties make Aluminate Cement CA-70 & CA-80 suitable to formulate the top grade and high-temperature-resistant low cement and ultra low cement castables. It is an absolutely necessarily excellent hydraulic binder used in refractory materials for high temperature equipments in the area of Metallurgy, Chemistry, Building material and Fire-electricity Applications.

The aluminate cement CA-70 contains approximately 70% of Al₂O₃. The aluminate cement CA-80 contains approximately 80% Al₂O₃. The aluminate cement of CA-75 and CA-65-P contain approximately 75% and 65% of Al₂O₃ seperately which are produced depending on the requirement of customers.

Test method

Chemical Composition: According with GB/T205 (with the exception of sulfur and chlorin).
Blaine: According GB/T8074.
Fineness: According with GB/T1345 with screen of 0.045mm.
Setting time: According with the addenda A of GB/TGB201-2000.
Strength: According with the amendment prescribe of GB/T17671 and GB201-2000.

Packing

Adopted specified by GB9774 cement packing sack, 20kg or 25kg in PE bag with a complex bag of woven plastic and kraft paper outside. Other kind of bags can be supplied according with the agreements of the buyer and the seller.

Note

Keep in dry conditions and prevent humidity during storage and transportation. Don’t mix with other variety of cements.
