Refractory material-High Alumina Cement CA50-G9
High Alumina Cement CA50-G9

CA-50-G9 is a type of high strength aluminate cement. Its production requires raw materials of high quality which must be well selected in order to reduce the impurities. After calcined in rotary kilns with perfect control of the temperature, the strength of CA-50-G9 is nearly doubled of that of CA-50-G5,that is, the compressive strength (3 day) of CA-50-G9 reaches to 85-95 MPa or even higher. Other physical characters are also improved. The quality is as good as that of overseas products or even better while the price is much lower.
We have been producing CA-50-G9 aluminate cement in large scale with steady quality for both domestic and foreign markets and win praises of the buyers.

  ·Main phase is CA
  ·Rapid hardening and early strength
·Better setting time due to suitable mineral composition. Initial setting time is prolonged and final setting time is shortened. The shortened interval provides enough working time and reduces the maintaining time.
·Its capability and strength are more advanced than other aluminate cements.
·Used for bind of refractory material and building mortar coagulant.
·It is used abroad for readymade constructional structures to speed up construction in order to raise the working efficiency, shorten the time limit for a project, save time and money.
·It can be used in rush repairs, rush construction, sulphate-resistant projects, the projects in winter and so on.
